By creating an account or using MathBank, you acknowledge that you have read, understood, and agree to be bound by these Terms and our Privacy Policy. If you do not agree to these Terms, you may not use our service.

These Terms constitute a legally binding agreement between you and MathBank, operated by Geled Technology, Hong Kong.

MathBank provides:

• Access to a curated database of mathematics problems and solutions
• Educational tools and resources for mathematics learning
• Premium subscription features including advanced search, PDF downloads, and ad-free experience
• Exercise books and structured learning materials

We reserve the right to modify, suspend, or discontinue any part of our service at any time with or without notice.

Account Creation: You must provide accurate and complete information when creating an account. You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account credentials.

Account Security: You are responsible for all activities that occur under your account. Notify us immediately of any unauthorized use of your account.

Account Termination: We reserve the right to suspend or terminate your account if you violate these Terms or engage in fraudulent or illegal activities.

Subscription Plans: We offer various subscription plans (Weekly, Monthly, Annual, Lifetime) with different features and pricing.

Payment: Payments are processed through secure third-party payment providers (PayPal, Stripe, Alipay). By subscribing, you authorize us to charge your payment method.

Automatic Renewal: Subscriptions automatically renew unless cancelled before the renewal date. You can cancel anytime from your account settings.

Price Changes: We may change subscription prices with 30 days' notice. Changes will apply to subsequent billing periods.

Refunds: Please refer to our Refund Policy for information about refunds and cancellations.

You agree NOT to:

• Copy, reproduce, or redistribute our content without permission
• Use automated systems (bots, scrapers) to access our service
• Share your account credentials with others
• Attempt to circumvent any security measures or access restrictions
• Upload malicious code or engage in any activity that disrupts our service
• Use our service for any illegal or unauthorized purpose

Our Content: All content on MathBank, including problems, solutions, text, graphics, logos, and software, is owned by or licensed to us and protected by copyright, trademark, and other intellectual property laws.

Limited License: We grant you a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable license to access and use our service for personal, non-commercial educational purposes only.

User Content: If you submit any content to our platform, you grant us a worldwide, royalty-free license to use, reproduce, and display such content in connection with our service.

OUR SERVICE IS PROVIDED "AS IS" AND "AS AVAILABLE" WITHOUT WARRANTIES OF ANY KIND, EITHER EXPRESS OR IMPLIED, INCLUDING BUT NOT LIMITED TO:

• Warranties of merchantability or fitness for a particular purpose
• Warranties that the service will be uninterrupted, error-free, or secure
• Warranties regarding the accuracy or completeness of content

We do not guarantee that our service will meet your specific requirements or that any errors will be corrected.

TO THE MAXIMUM EXTENT PERMITTED BY LAW, MATHBANK AND ITS AFFILIATES SHALL NOT BE LIABLE FOR ANY INDIRECT, INCIDENTAL, SPECIAL, CONSEQUENTIAL, OR PUNITIVE DAMAGES, INCLUDING BUT NOT LIMITED TO:

• Loss of profits, data, or use
• Business interruption
• Personal injury or property damage

Our total liability to you for any claims arising from your use of our service shall not exceed the amount you paid us in the 12 months preceding the claim.

You agree to indemnify and hold harmless MathBank, its affiliates, and their respective officers, directors, employees, and agents from any claims, damages, losses, liabilities, and expenses (including legal fees) arising from:

• Your use of our service
• Your violation of these Terms
• Your violation of any rights of another party

Governing Law: These Terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the Hong Kong Special Administrative Region, without regard to its conflict of law provisions.

Jurisdiction: Any disputes arising from these Terms or your use of our service shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of Hong Kong.

Dispute Resolution: We encourage you to contact us first to resolve any disputes informally. If informal resolution is not possible, disputes may be resolved through mediation or arbitration as agreed by both parties.

We reserve the right to modify these Terms at any time. We will notify you of material changes by posting the updated Terms on our website and updating the "Last Updated" date.

Your continued use of our service after changes constitutes acceptance of the updated Terms. If you do not agree to the changes, you must stop using our service and cancel your subscription.

If any provision of these Terms is found to be invalid or unenforceable, the remaining provisions shall continue in full force and effect.
